This pile of hugely insulting shit was written by a member of the medical community.  This is some of the most insulting "just relax" advice I've ever heard, because it was written by a damned doctor.  It made me so mad that I left a comment, and I even put my real name on it.  What a fucking asshole.  Seriously.
